General notes about the packaging
Special attention is taken when packaging our products.  Certain larger items such as dining and console tables, beds and daybeds and some coffee tables do come with the legs separately to minimize damage in transit, and for ease of handling, this also applies to most of our garden furniture range, all items which are shipped in this method are indicated as knock down for easy home assembly.

Custom made robust wooden crates are made for each set/or item, these are then fully lined with 1.1" thick polystyrene foam sheets on all the internal sides, we further pad the furniture with single face corrugated cardboard and shredded grass paper where necessary.
 
General notes about our 'Door to Local Warehouse' service
We have negotiated some very competitive rails shipping pricing, which are not penalized due to weight.  This enable us to have your larger weighty shipments transported to a local consolidated warehouse for your pick up for a lower shipping charge than door to door rates.  This method of shipping is intended for the person who is keen on reducing shipping costs and is willing to arrange his/her own pick up.
